Winter WonderLights
The Land Botanical Garden of Georgia on South Milledge Avenue is dressed up in lights this calendar month until Jan. 9. Christmas at Lunsford Farm
A 45-minute drive from Athens, Elbert County's Christmas on Lunsford Subcontract features Christmas lights until the end of the year. When walking forth the Georgia Antebellum Trail, visitors can walk under the bridge and surround themselves in the lights. The bridge is located at 1441 Elder Mill Road and is available at all times to see.
Nations Church building
Nations Church in Athens lights up every night with more than 130,000 lights on display. Located at 8780 Macon Hwy in Athens. The lights dazzle along to music from 6 to ten p.m. every nighttime
Christmas on Dixie
Christmas on Dixie in Madison lights up for visitors to walk through, with Santa Claus making an advent each Sun. This display is open until Christmas Eve and is free to visit. In addition to the lights and Santa, each Saturday stew is also sold by the quart. The concluding gamble to see Santa here this year is Dec. eighteen.
