I booked iv plane tickets going to bangkok thailand and pay it thru creditcard transaction was successful you send me the copy of itenerirary receipt together with the official receipt.Later 2 weeks i received an email stating that transaction has been decline. Upon checking on my credit card the transaction was already posted.. How can u assist me on this?? i need some answer!!!!! the flight is on the 21st and i take already paid the dues on my credit carte du jour bill expecting that there are no problems so why is this happening

I have booked ticket final 10/09/17 at 9pm for my brother and his family travelling to Ozamis Urban center and cull the 24hrs hold in payment centers. We were about to pay information technology yesterday ten/x/17 at v:58pm using credit card but upon clicking the PAY NOW, an error message says 'Fault[1014:BookingWasModified]' but status was still PENDING. Since it's an error, we have no pick but to close it and reopen the site. But upon reopening my booking status was changed to CANCELLED. I take chosen the customer service, emailed the email address plant in the net for your group bookings , and even enquire aid from your facebook page only to no avail.
